Palm & Magnolia is a lifestyle and apparel brand offering private-label products, custom designs, and related goods. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any part of our services without notice.

2. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.
  • Reservation deposits, custom orders, and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or supply chain issues.
  • Palm & Magnolia is not responsible for delays outside our control.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted on eligible unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
  • Refunds (when approved) will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • All designs, logos, branding, imagery, and text on this site are the intellectual property of Palm & Magnolia unless otherwise noted.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written consent.
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree NOT to:

  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or hateful activity.
  • Post spam, promotions, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage our website functionality.

At Palm & Magnolia, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our products are made-to-order or customized, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
  • Non-returnable items:
     
    • Custom or made-to-order items (including special edition t-shirts).
    • Personalized items.
    • Sale or clearance items.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at angela@palmandmagnolia.com.

4. Shipping Your Return

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Palm & Magnolia is not responsible for lost returns.

5. Reservation Deposits

  • Reservation deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to the next available release or collection.
